Meet Jeff Neu, Truck Sales Representative at Brandt Truck & Trailer Saskatoon

If you've ever picked up parts for your heavy-duty truck at Brandt Truck & Trailer in Saskatoon, there's a good chance you already know Jeff Neu. Jeff started early on and has been an integral member of the team at Brandt Truck & Trailer in Saskatoon for 13 years. While still in high school, he worked in the shipping and receiving department and later transitioned to the parts department, before moving into an Outside Parts Sales position.

His journey at Brandt Truck & Trailer has been full of learning, new experiences and building strong relationships with customers. Support of good mentors combined with his drive to succeed, made Jeff the ideal candidate to take on a new role as Truck Sales Representative.
 
When asked what inspires him to come to work every day, Jeff replies "To be able to help our customers and bring a smile to their face before they walk out of the dealership is what gets me out of bed every morning."

Jeff recalls a time when a good customer shared that his daughter was terrilbly ill. "Our team took initiative and sent the family a card and flowers. This meant a lot to the customer. In fact, he typically took the time to personally stock parts in his shop but during this difficult time, he asked if we could help his mechanic order parts to ensure the shop was up and running. We were glad to help and make things a little easier for him." 
 
At Brandt, our customers come first and Jeff has even become good friends with many. When he can, he enjoys bonding with customers at a game, cheering on the Roughriders or Saskatchewan Rush.
 
Jeff admits he's excited at the chance to help each customer find the right truck to fit their specific needs and their budget. "It is a great place to work and do business as we all look after one another."
