Brandt Inspections are essential to keep equipment field-ready, avoid downtime and protect investments. Last year, we adjusted our offerings to provide you with more variety, value and options depending on your equipment type, farm size, and equipment usage. We now offer Proactive Services including, Inspections, Walkarounds and Jobs and have introduced three Value Tiers; Premium, Advantage and Classic.  
 

What are the differences?

Proactive Services

Brandt Inspections remain the tried and true full inspection of your equipment and are the most in-depth offering. Every system of your machine is inspected. A complete list of repairs and maintenance is provided to you with an urgency status so you can choose the most important repairs but also know what may be coming for the next season. Brandt Inspections are the ultimate proactive protection for your farm equipment.

Brandt Walkarounds are a high-level review of the critical operating systems on your machine. This will offer insight into the most urgent repairs needed to prevent downtime in the upcoming season. During a Walkaround, our technicians will assess and check visible items and systems on your machine. Please note, this quick check does not include any removal or deep inspection of your equipment. Our team of service technicians will also include a list of the parts needed for these urgent repairs so you can make an informed decision on what you'd like to complete. 

Brandt Jobs is the third option available in the Proactive Services Guide and provides basic maintenance offerings on various equipment types. This list includes some of the most common repairs our team sees while servicing equipment in the field and our shops.  

Value Tiers

The Premium Value Tier is targeted at equipment 0-7 years old. You will receive Brandt's Uptime Guarantee to ensure you stay in the field when you need to, peace of mind knowing your equipment is being serviced by technicians with the most up-to-date training and tools, and reliable John Deere parts with a one-year warranty.

The Advantage Value Tier is for equipment 8-15 years old. John Deere equipment is made to last, and the Advantage Value Tier was created to support and enhance your machine's value throughout its life. Our service technicians have the necessary training, tooling, and diagnostic tools to fully support and repair your equipment quickly. By offering John Deere, A&I and Sunbelt parts, you can choose the right option for your operation.

The Classic Value Tier is targeted for equipment 15 years or older. Whether your Classic machine is used daily on your farm or as a backup when you need extra horsepower, the Classic Value Tier provides you with what you need to keep it running. Save time by leaving the repairs to us so you can focus on other priorities while maintaining the confidence that your machine will be repaired quickly by our technicians. Similar to the Advantage Value Tier, Classic offers parts options from John Deere, A&I and Sunbelt so you can choose the best parts and warranty options for your farming operation.
