1. The Brandt – Net Wrap Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Brandt Tractor Pty. Ltd and its affiliates ("Brandt"). The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. AEST on May 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. AEST on June 30, 2025 (the "Contest Period").

2. For every pallet of Tama Net Wrap products that you purchase, you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest. You will receive one (1) additional entry in the Contest if you sign up for Brandt email marketing.

3. There is no limit on the number of entries per user. To be eligible, all entries must be received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

4. The prize consists of two (2) tickets to an upcoming Australian Football League game in Brandt’s exclusive premium suite (the "Prize"). The winner will be determined by random draw on July 15, 2025 (the "Draw Date").

5. Prize winners are responsible for all travel and associated costs incurred in attending the Australian Football League game.

6.Brandt will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner of the Prize within one (1) week of the Draw Date. The Prize winner will be announced on Brandt social media pages once the selected winner has been identified. A selected winner who does not respond to Brandt within one (1) week following the Prize notification or does not comply with these Contest rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen.

7. This Contest is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, representatives and agents of Brandt, as well as members of their respective immediate families (legal or common law spouses and children), are not eligible to enter the Contest. This Contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws and regulations, and these Contest rules shall be governed by the laws of Australia.

8. Brandt, including its agents, representatives and those associated with them, is not responsible for any entries, Prize winning notices, or Prize claims that are late, lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected or illegible, whether or not due to the fault of Brandt or of any other person or thing.

9. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Brandt reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if the Prize is not available for any reason.

10. You agree to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Brandt, and its employees, officers, directors and representatives from and against all claims, injuries, damages, losses and costs, including legal fees, related to or in any way arising out of participation in this Contest including, without limitation, breach of these Contest rules, and the delivery, acceptance and use of the Prize or any travel related thereto. You acknowledge and agree that Brandt does not make any guarantees relating to the quality or description of the Prize and Brandt disclaims any and all warranties and representations relating to the Prize.

11. Under no circumstances will Brandt be required to award more prizes than what is indicated in these Contest rules or award prizes other than in accordance with these Contest rules.

12. By entering this Contest, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Contest rules.
