Brandt Tractor Pty Ltd.’s (Brandt) Hastings, Australia branch is offering a Stihl Price Beat Guarantee whereby, upon presentation of a valid and current competitor quote from an authorised Australian Stihl dealer for the identical Stihl product model, including all specifications and inclusions, Brandt will reduce its price by five percent (5%) below the competitor’s quoted price. The competitor quote must clearly identify the competitor’s business name, product details, price, and date, and must not originate from online‑only retailers without a physical Australian presence, auction platforms, private sellers, or clearance, liquidation, or closing‑down sales. The guarantee applies strictly to the product price and excludes accessories, bundles, delivery fees, service charges, and any other promotional or discounted offers, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Brandt promotion. Brandt reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of any competitor quote and to refuse any claim that does not comply with these terms. The offer is available exclusively at the Brandt Hastings, Australia branch and remains in effect until 31 October 2026. All determinations made by Brandt regarding eligibility, compliance, and application of the guarantee shall be final and binding.
