1. The Brandt – Kramer Telehandler Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Brandt Tractor Pty. Ltd. ("Brandt"). The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. AEST on February 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. AEST on May 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). 2. For every Kramer Telehandler you purchase, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. 3. There is no limit on the number of entries per user. To be eligible, all entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. 4. THE PRIZE CONSISTS OF A $6,000 CREDIT WITH BRANDT, WHICH THE WINNER MUST APPLY TOWARD THE PURCHASE OF AN ATTACHMENT FOR A KRAMER TELEHANDLER. The winner will be determined by random draw on June 1, 2026, (the "Draw Date"). 5. The Prize winner is responsible for the cost of picking up and shipping the Prize to the location of the Prize winner’s choice. 6. Brandt will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner of the Prize within one (1) week of the Draw Date. The Prize winner will be contacted directly by Brandt. A selected winner who does not respond to Brandt within one (1) week following the Prize notification or does not comply with these Promotion terms and conditions will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen. 7. This Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, representatives and agents of Brandt, as well as members of their respective immediate families (legal or common law spouses and children), are not eligible to enter the Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws and regulations, and these Promotion terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia. 8. Brandt, including its affiliates, agents, representatives and those associated with them, is not responsible for any entries, Prize winning notices, or Prize claims that are late, lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected or illegible, whether or not due to the fault of Brandt or of any other person or thing. 9. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Brandt reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if the Prize is not available for any reason. 10. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE PRIZE WILL ONLY BE AWARDED IF FIVE (5) OR MORE KRAMER TELEHANDLERS ARE PURCHASED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD. IF LESS THAN FIVE (5) KRAMER TELEHANDLERS ARE SOLD DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, THEN THE PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED AND THE PROMOTION WILL BE TERMINATED. 11. Under no circumstances will Brandt be required to award more prizes than what is indicated in these Promotion terms and conditions or award prizes other than in accordance with these Promotion terms and conditions. 12. By entering this Promotion, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Promotion terms and conditions.
