Cervus Equipment Makes All Star Stock List and the Alberta Venture 250 List

Calgary, Alberta (November 25, 2014) – Cervus Equipment Corp. ("Cervus" or the "Company") (TSX: CVL) is extremely proud to be recognized for its achievements in both Money Sense Magazine and Alberta Venture Magazine in 2014.

In the December 2014 issue of Money Sense magazine Cervus is listed on the All-Star Stock list for the second consecutive year. Companies earn their place on the All-Star Stock list by receiving at least one A and one B on Money Sense Magazine’s value and growth evaluations. Cervus received an A in the value test because of a low price-to-book ratio, and a B on the growth test for achieving solid earnings-per-share and sales-per-share growth over the last three years. Other companies named to the All-Star stock list include Canadian Tire, Capital Power, CCL Industries, Cogeco, Fairfax Financial, Maple Leaf Foods, Western Forest Products and West Jet Airlines.

Cervus is thrilled to be listed 72nd on Alberta Venture Magazines Top 250 list for 2014. This is up six spots from the 78th spot Cervus was ranked at in 2013. Venture magazines Top 250 list is released annually and ranks Alberta’s biggest companies that are transforming their business and the country.
