How To Use The Customer Portal As A Guest

The Customer Portal is useful online resource to order parts, access service information and buy merchandise. For more detailed information, customers are encouraged to create an account (a customer number is required), but for purchases such toys or gifts, accessing the portal as guest is a great option.

To make purchases as a guest:
 

Step 1: Visit the Customer Portal Website

Go to the Customer Portal.

The homepage will look like: 

Step 2: Select Categories

Along the top, you will see a menu bar which you have full access to as a Guest, to shop merchandise, hover over that menu item to see the categories.


Under each category, there are subgroups to help you find what you are looking for. All prices are up-to-date, and any flyer items have the reduced price in the Portal.
 

Step 3: Use the Search Bar 

Once you click on 'Shop Merchandise' there is also a search bar which you can use to search with a description, keyword or part number. Select the desired merchandise and add them to your cart. 


 

Step 4: Select Store Location 

Once you have selected your items and added them to your cart, you will need to select a store location (dealership closest to you).

Under Availability it will show ‘Available to Order (Find Availability)’ if that location does not have stock of the item. By clicking ‘Find Availability’ you can see where the item is in-stock. If other stores are nearby, you can change your ‘Store Location’ to a store with item availability if you’d like to pick your item up sooner.

PLEASE NOTE: The only available delivery method is to pick-up in-store at this time.

Step 5: Checkout as Guest

Clicking ‘Check Out’ will bring you to the screen below, which you will select ‘Continue As Guest’.

Step 6: Select Store Location and Pick-Up Date 

As mentioned above, the only delivery method available is to pick-up in-store – it is very important that you double check the store you have selected in the Cart screen. You can specify a pick-up date and add any order notes here, as well as fill out the payment information.




After completing these steps, your order has been placed. Once you get notice of its completion, arrive at selected store location on the specified date you chose to pick-up your purchase.
