We have a newly created opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our team at Head Office in Ballarat as our Warranty Manager for our Australian and New Zealand group. Reporting to the Director of Product Support, the Warranty Manager leads the Centralised Warranty team for Brandt’s Dealerships.  This role will be responsible for all Warranty processes across ANZ, as well as maintaining relationships with key vendors.

What does the role look like on a daily basis?

  • Provide leadership and management to drive continuous improvement in Warranty.
  • Create and maintain consistent reporting of Warranty Recovery and submission rates.
  • Manage direct reports and prioritize task lists for each member of the team.
  • Communicate with Director of Product Support and Field Service Team on outstanding or upcoming projects.
  • Participate in regular meetings with OEM representatives.

What are we looking for? 

  • An individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with the Dealer Business system would be preferrable
  • Time Management and the ability to prioritize the workload of their team
  • Experience in a Service or Parts Department or equivalent
