1. Customers will receive a written estimate. 

    2. THROUGHOUT THE REPAIR PROCESS, CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE FREQUENT COMMUNICATION.

      3. ADDITIONAL REPAIRS AND ESTIMATES WILL BE AUTHORIZED BY THE CUSTOMER.

        4. Brandt WILL CONTINUALLY ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS OF ESTIMATED REPAIR COMPLETION TIMES THROUGHOUT THE REPAIR PROCESS.

          5. THE FINAL INVOICE WILL MATCH THE AUTHORIZED ESTIMATE.
